High Performance Coaching

What I have learned from Brendon Burchard about the role of the coach + my view about it.

1. Move You Forward

The coach always has to move you forward in every session, no matter your condition, if you have done the work or not. There always has to be movement, growth and advancement to a life of greater abundance and magic. And not just movement, but movement in all areas - Coaching to be seen in a holistic way, not just one item.

2. Give You Remarkable Energy

Emotions are contagious and spread in milliseconds! Gift the gift of positivity!

3. Help You Gain Clarity

No clarity, no change!

4. Congruence

Hold you accountable whether or not you are congruent with what you say you want to do and what you actually do in reality.

5. Challenge

I don’t accept mediocrity. I always challenge my students and my friends, and push them to be extraordinary. So be prepared ;-)

6. Comerady

You need to feel your coach as your friend – that you are not alone on your path.

Also, what I learned is that life coaching is not sufficient. You need to provide high performance coaching.

Success shouldn’t be a curve up and down, stress and accomplishments, peak performance and then crash. It should be a high performance path, i.e. sustained level of success and fulfillment. The ability to have high performance no matter what. And there are habits, routines and tools to reach that level of life - the Charged Life. What’s important is that you are deeply committed to growth and advancement so you can have this heightened level of life.

You need to do the homework between the sessions which can take an hour or more depending on how much time you are willing to put into it. There will be assessments to measure your progress. “You can’t manage something which you don’t measure” (Tony Robbins)

You need to be focused on high performance.

The pillars of high performance are: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence

1. Influence

C - connect

U - uplift

P - praise

The CUP strategy is from the Influence course by Brendon Burchard, which I'm following now .

2. Productivity – Every day you need to get the needle movers done – the things which will help you to move forward to your dreams. As well as that, you need to be aware of your distractions, how to minimize and get rid of them

3. Clarity – It is essential to know yourself in terms not only of what you want out of life, but also what kind of person you want to be. You can use 3 words to identify you, e.g. determined, patient and persistent and to try to live up to these words. You can set triggers to remind you of them. For instance, I have sticky notes on my desktop and next to my computer. And every day, specifically every morning I read them.

4. Courage – You have to be bold and take consistent actions if want to be successful. There will be obstacles and disappointments on your way. But if you see them like learning experience which is there to help you grow and become better, there are no disappointments.

5. Energy - If you are constantly wiped out, you won't be able to work on your dreams. Energy is vital for your success! Do your exercises now!

There is another level of success for you! Go get it!

This is your time!
